Why don't service department ever pick up their phone. I guess you gotta drive in and accept their price

Sadly, yes. What you don't know will cost you.

I know they are remodeling their service departnent; but, I have had nothing but bad experiences with them. I was lied to and then priced gauged. Their general manager was less then helpful. Their jeep prices are silly as literally anywhere else selling authorized parts are less expensive. Not a company I would suggest for any reason.

Yea they never answer their phones I had to go in to get something done what's the poiny of have a phone number if you don't answer it
