We were promised the master key to the vehicle and never received the key. Every time we call, we get the run around or the voice mail of a supervisor. No one never call and this left a bad stain on this what use to be a great company. I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and never have been treated this way till now. The new management needs to be evaluated in the customer service category. I will take my business elsewhere in the future and tell friends the same. Thanks to Jay Powers!

We practice and follow all CDC and Governor imposed rules. 6' distance, vehicles disinfected prior to test drive and in service lane. Seat and wheel covers in service. Strict policy on sick employees and customers and extension of the FFCRA through Q1. Proud to say after a year not a single known case (or speculation) of spread at Bob Caldwell.
