I had my car in the body shop for repairs from a minor accident recently. The body shop manager Darrell was very accommodating and went out of his way to keep me informed of the progress of the work. It took an abnormal amount of time to get the parts that were needed (supply chain problems) other than that it was a painless process. The repairs were done right and the car looks great.

I have been coming to Krieger for years, their service department and body shop are wonderful. However, the reason I cannot give them 5 stars is the poor quality of the staff in their cashier department. I have gotten used to abrupt, even rude behavior from cashiers here, but on my most recent visit Sabrina took the cake. She was surly, uncommunicative and behaved as though she would rather have been anywhere else than there doing her job.

I'm sure they can. U don't need an appointment 4 an oil change so..... not sure about the cost though.
To all the local 'guides': Uh, yes you do have to make an appt.. ALL diag/repair work is by appt. only. The only exception is for non-local ppl who are just traveling through, and happened to have a problem nearby. Maintenance work, i.e., oil change, flat tire, new wipers, is the only thing that doesn't require an appt.. Anything repair related DOES require an appt.. And yes, they are open 6 days a week. 7a - midnight, mon - fri, and 8a - 4p on Sat.. You 'know-it-all guides' that spread misinformation aren't helpful at all, you're counter-productive.
Everyone is wearing a mask , social distance, and regular cleaning.
Ignore
No they wont.
I certainly would in this cold weather
I would not go there. They tried to sell me a new transmission when the problem was motor mounts ..long story but a year later new battery and motor mounts and it's running fine. I have all documentation to support this if you do go there, force them to test drive the car..
If you are referring to the computer that controls your engine functions, it must be replaced. You can go to a dealer or an auto parts store to replace it. It cannot be programmed.
