If you ordered on line they do those orders last so it takes longer for them to deliver or the delivery man left before fulfilling all deliveries
Could it be that maybe their lost, or have multiple deliveries?
I'm sorry it depends on how far you are from the place... I've ordered there too and had the same complaint ... And not to mention they have 2 locations near each other.. one is where they do all the cooking the other one is just a pizzeria for take out... Sometimes confusions happens.. In their part..
