Did anyone ever get any information when they called in? Its been 1 year and 4 months since my accident and haven't heard a thing. No email nor a call. Any idea as to how long this process is? Ive never had to go through this before and im lost.

I've noticed you have to keep calling them for updates smh when they are supposed to call you

Its been over a year from me and I haven't heard anything ether, Just a bunch of bad reviews. I call and get hung up on when transferring me to a "case worker" .. when I said I want to talk to my so called attorney. I have other attorney's asking if I am satisfied and I am not, I will more than likely switch if I don't hear from them by Monday. I'll get a different attorney.

I hope I get an answer of some kind if they still want to handle my case
