We hired Leeseberg Tuttle to represent our family in a medical malpractice case. They represented us well and communicated clearly about the process and possible outcomes throughout the process. Their reputation and experience served us well.

I have worked with Craig and his firm for several years and found them not only to some of the smartest and most talented lawyers, but they care about their clients. They take the time to get to know their clients. And they work hard and fight hard for them .

NOT all attorneys are the same!! I found that out the hard way. I hired the wrong one the first time at another law firm. But then, I found this one. I personally dealt with John Markus. He was a very professional, courteous and thorough attorney. He made sure to explain every aspect of the process, and more importantly made sure that I did understand it. He finished what another firm couldn't. My only regret was that I did not find him and this firm sooner! The staff, Leah (& Laurie), were both nothing short of kind, professional and quick with response. I couldn't recommend them enough. So, finally after dealing with this firm, I can honestly say not all attorneys are the same.

Questions & Answers

How long do I have to sue someone after I'm hurt?

In Ohio, it's generally 2 years. I'd definitely talk to an attorney right away, though. It does take time to get things set in motion and you don't want to miss your window of opportunity.

How much does it cost to hire an attorney?

Actually, it doesn't cost anything to hire a personal injury firm. They front all the expenses for court fees, expert witnesses, etc. and get reimbursed from any settlement they earn for you. In other words, if they don't win for you, you don't pay anything. Nice, right?
