Unfortunately I was involved in a hit and run accident. I called Kevin kurgis because I remembered the commercial. Alan was super nice and made everything sound simple. I could contact them anytime and settling would only take 6 weeks after treatment. I went to treatment and was discharged on August 3rd. I never received a call from them or anything. I called and was able to speak to Tammy. She was pretty rude and I even explained this was my first accident so I didn’t know what to expect. All she had to say was we will call you. I called three weeks later to see how things were going and got her voicemail. On her voicemail it says to only leave one message. I waited 4 business days. Still no call back. So I called again hoping to speak with someone else but unfortunately they said Tammy is who I have to speak with. So they connected me to her and she actually answered. But once again she was rude. She didn’t ask for my name or number and all she said was we will call you. Not once did I actually speak to Kevin kurgis. I have no idea why I even called to hire them. They’re rude and this whole experience wasn’t what I expected after speaking with Alan. No one is willing to explain how things go. It’s a very uncomfortable situation. Please do your research and only hire Kevin kurgis if absolutely needed. I will update my review after hearing from them and settling I suppose. Since I’m unsure of what happens next. The best thing they did was refer me to the chiropractor. They were absolutely amazing.

Easily a 5 star experience. I was in a terrible accident that totaled my Chevy Cruze. I’ve never been in an accident that completely destroyed my vehicle and caused an injury so the process was very new to me. Mr. Kurgis and his associates were understanding of the trauma caused by the accident and walked me through the process step by step to make sure I completely understood the process. Bottom line, they did what they said they were going to do and that was getting me a great settlement. Very satisfied with this firm
