Great question! The minimum customer service standard for any Cadillac dealership is that every service customer is to be offered some method of alternate transportation. For some customers, it is more appropriate to offer a ride back to the office and a pick up when the car is ready in 2-3 hours. For the majority of our service customers, the work may take more than a day, so they will be offered a loaner car. To guarantee access to a loaner, the dealership encourages customers to call ahead for an appointment. Cad of NOLA keeps a relatively large fleet of NEW CARS to use as loaners (around 40-50), but that does not mean there cannot be shortages from time to time. As best we can, we try to have enough loaners to satisfy all customers, whether they purchased here or not. If need be, we sometimes fall back on rental cars. By the way, if you call ahead and request it, we can even pick up your car for service AT YOUR HOME OR OFFICE. We can bring the loaner car to you.
yes
Yes, if you act like you know that. They do pick and choose who to give one to. They will offer you a ride. Ask for a manager. They know the service sucks.
Yes they do
Yes I've seen them offer a courtesy car to people....but I think you have to have bought a car from that dealership to get one but I'm not totally sure about it.
They have on occasion, but not every time like the other Cadillac dealerships I've been to.
Yes they do. Call ahead and schedule service to ensure availability
