Most of the year a hour at a leisurely pace would do it. Eat breakfast from one of the inside vendors and add a little time to that.
It's open from 8-12, so 4 hours. But it is small. 15-30 minutes outside and then there are vendors inside the Main Street Market. You can spend an hour casually looking at everything including the different spice blends at Red Stick Spice and Our Daily Bread has all of their breads out. Also, there's an Arts Market on most 1st Saturdays and in December it's the first 3 Saturdays. If you wanted to look at all of the available artwork you could spend 2 hours doing so.
