I wish I could give 10 negative stars. This UPS / Trip Pak center sucks...not worth a hill of beans. They have lost my package don't have a clue where it is nor have any info on if it was shipped from location. I have copy of shipping label plus receipt but they can't say what's going on. Now I can't get anyone on phone. To heck with their non-service. NEVER AGAIN!!!

UPS lost my package. Finally found my package and now it is 2 days late. Was given the new delivery date and time this morning between 10:45am - 12:45am. Now that has changed yet again to sometime before 7pm. This company is so inconsistent in their customer service it's a wonder anyone even uses them anymore. Even FedEx has better customer retention and service than UPS. I get better service through a government agency USPS than I do from UPS who has 10x the work force than USPS. They really need to get their stuff together and need way better quality control that is currently in place.

Local UPS employees cannot speak for the company each center is different and independent of each other you should always request to speak to a supervisor and make sure you get their name. UPS stores are privately owned so they for sure cannot speak for the company.
