It’s been HORRIBLE! This is the 2nd package that they’re saying they couldn’t deliver; and this time the package was being delivered to a business address that closed at 6pm but I received notification at 5 stating they were unable to deliver but they NEVER attempted the delivery!!!!!

Unfortunately, there isn't an option for a zero rating... there is no sense of responsibility with ensuring packages are delivered at the correct address, nor anyway to speak with a live person. I received email confirmation that a package was delivered to my address on Sunday, June 12th at 4:51 pm, now mind you I'm sitting in my living room with blinds open, there was no such delivery made. Evidently, the driver was unable to read a house address or just wanted some free merch...whatever, the case filing a claim with this company is pointless since they could've checked with the driver since I reported the package was not delivered within 30 minutes of receiving email notification. Guess this is just the way they do business...shabby.

My delivery was pushed back 4 times consecutively due to "wrong address" even though I gave them all of my contact information as well as landmarks, descriptions, and directio ns. Each postponement was preceded by an "attempted delivery" claim even though I never saw a truck drive by my house, saw anyone on camera, or even got a phone call from anyone asking for directions or address clarification. As I was going out of town and did not want my product sitting outside, I had to cancel the delivery. Sure, I could have postponed it or had them hold the shipment, but I just did not want to deal with them after such a display of incompetence. I don't know how other Fedex hubs are faring, but if the reviews I'm seeing is any indication of overall operation, someone in upper management should have a look at the Baton Rouge location. Also, it's impossible to get hold of anyone actually at the hub. The CSR was nice but obviously ineffective.

What a joke. Literally had the driver deliver an empty box, put it upside down so I couldn't see where they stole my item. Good luck making a claim.

3. They may have lost it and are looking for a way to "deliver" it without actually delivering it.
They attempt daily, but check your tracking number details to see when.
No anyone can not especially if it requires an signature.
