They are worse than waste management. They stared pickup Mon and Thursday, they would skip Monday and pickup on Tuesday, so they changed to Tuesday and Friday. Today is Wednesday and they haven't picked up Tuesday trash yet. This is ridiculous!!

I’ve had this service since 9/21/2022 and should’ve had 3 trash pick ups. I’ve only had 1. I left a message the day of the 1st missed pick up after business hours, no one called me about it. I called the next business day and was told they did come for pick up on 9/30/2022 but the trash bin wasn’t outside at 10am. That was not true b/c it was put out before daylight that day. When I asked that they come out for a missed pick up, I was told it could take 48 hours for them to get the trash (mind you that falls on our next scheduled pick up that we pay for). I also requested that a large trash pick up ticket be put in because we have a ton of cardboard boxes (they don’t offer recycle services in my area) and the trash from Friday needs to be picked up. How about they didn’t come on today’s scheduled day!?! I have a family of 6 and trash pick up is crucial for my household. I chose them b/c they “supposedly” pick up 2 times a week. They haven’t been living up to what they said they would do.They bill quarterly allowing them to give poor service after you’ve paid. I don’t leave reviews but I’m very unhappy and dissatisfied with this service.

It's the worst company I've ever experienced. Even though I have a business account, they have missed 1 out of 4-5 pick-ups and never responded to any of my missed pick-up tickets. No matter how often I contact customer service, they answer that the driver will come the next day, but the driver has never returned. Even if the dumpster overflows, it must wait for next week's service day. When opening an account, the Sales Rep, who said that they would solve all problems if there were a problem, will become difficult to contact as soon as the contract is signed, and it will never be possible to solve issues such as credit. In the end, the three-year contract expired, and I closed my account. Despite receiving a letter about Account Close, they are not picking up the dumpster on the date they will pick up, and Bill is still sending me!! Don't use this company.
