Most hotels at least want your credit card number to hold the room. Also, used for their fees for a late cancellation or if you don't show up. I do not think this place is any different. And then you can change the form of payment when you arrive, check in and get your key. Then you normally get charged for all your days and any extras you may have charged to your room at the end of the stay when you go to check out.
You give your credit card info when you get there and charged when you close out the stay...
That probably depends on how long you reserve the room for. I just drove up and got a room then extended the stay another day. They are pretty informal and flexible.
