We attended a racing event at Oswego Speedway on a Saturday night and stayed one night. This is an older property that has been very well maintained and updated over the years. We've stayed at several other hotels/motels in the area over the past 30 years and this one ranks well among them. This one is especially nice for Oswego Speedway fans that come in from the east side...its just 5 minutes from the track (between Scriba and New Haven). Our room had a comfy, clean queen-size bed, with a mini-fridge and microwave. Wi-Fi worked well. We didn't use the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The bathroom had a new sink and toilet in it, with an older tiled shower (no tub) that was clean and well maintained. The property was very quiet during the evening (sleeping) hours. Debbee, the motel manager, greeted us on arrival and was friendly and efficient. We were a little early for check-in, but that was no problem. Prices have understandably gone up since the pandemic and were competitive with other accommodations in the area. We would definitely return here.

I came up for the Sterling Renaissance Faire, which is about 25 minutes away. Originally they only had a single bed room (it was a last minute thing) and I asked if my nephew could sleep on an inflatable mattress and they said no problem. When we checked in someone had cancelled and they gave us a double bed room instead. That was *very* considerate. The rooms were immaculately clean. The free internet is actually fast (l'm looking at you Hyatt Regency Atlanta), room was cleaned and new fresh towels after just one night. The refrigerator was twice the size of an average mini fridge. The price was very reasonable too. I really like this place. I've been to motels and hotels all across the country and there's always a special charm from a small family place like this that you don't get in skyscraper hotels.

I stayed here for the weekend while vising family members. It was such a pleasant surprise to find how clean it was and nicely put together! The woman we checked in with was so friendly and quick to help us whenever we needed anything. A good value as well. The place is a little older but the space is clean and comfortable and that's all that matters! I'd recommend staying here if you need a place nearby.

The rooms were immaculate. They were unbelievably clean! Debbie and the staff make you feel like you are part of their family. Continuously asking if we need anything. Plenty of parking as well. Highly recommended for anyone coming up fishing or using the lake.
