South Street and their food is great. My only suggested improvement: sometimes the protein portion is a little light (aka you order chicken and they provide a sub optimal amount). But other than that, all good.

Like Chipotle meets ramen but their spicy tonkotsu broth is killer.

This used to be one of my favorite spots for a quick and tasty dinner - ingredients fresh, quick delivery, etc. The quality has dropped significantly. Both the tuna and salmon are dyed a bright red, and the spicy tuna is pulsed into a bright pink cream with no texture. Its happened several times now and honestly, its really gross and unedible, like a pink mayo. Sometimes the toppings are off and smell spoiled - the seafood ramen was especially bad, and oshinko were just totally spoiled before i stopped ordering those all together. And then orders just come out completely wrong. I throw away more than I can eat. I'm sad about it, I used to order from this place several times a week but I just can't keep giving it more chances at my expense.
