I get the bad reviews now. I've been going there for a while and I'm always left unhappy because my doctor was always rude and seemed annoyed but yesterday was the last time I went there. The nurse I saw was great however her assistant and the receptionist were not nice. They act like they're doing you a favor. The nurse assistant wrote down the wrong prescription instructions. Now I have to wait 24 hours to start using my medication because there is no phone number to connect you directly to the office. They send you to some call center outside of the country so you can't contact the provider even if it's an urgent matter like mine.
