Is it always nasty and bad service/order accuracy and temperature at night? Like during the day I've always been pleased but wow was it bad at night when I went and I'm curious how normal that is

Pretty normal for nights. Had an incident a couple of weeks ago were one one of the employees was playing keep away with another with my food.

I've never had any problems there but I've never been there after 7:00 pm.
