Call the on duty manager and if that doesn't work call the head office.
You can go to their website and contact corporate. I suggest going through the manager at the restaurant Forest and then if that doesn't help, contact corporate.

Call the store and ask for the manager. Explain to him/her what you use to experience with the staff and what you are now experiencing. You should be able to go to the website and maybe leave a review. Another way that you may be able to leave feedback is look at the bottom of the receipt... sometimes they have a link to their site where you can give honest feedback as well.
