I have been on hold and trying to call for over 30 minutes. We are nurses who do not have time to sit around on hold simply to ask a question about making a substitution. This is ridiculous.

Questions & Answers

How do I let the owner know that the whole atmosphere has changed since they have changed managers. The staff used to be happy and friendly. The old staff seems stressed. Thomas was a great manager.
