They are constantly taking phone orders. When picking up my order, the calls continually come in. It's a landline, of course it can be busy.
The Japanese restaurants in this area are not answering their calls, only online orders I guess. All the other Chinese, Italian, Vietnamese, American establishments are able to answer the phones but not those two Japanese places. I just stopped trying and don't even think about going in to try to order. They dine in customers are a priority and you will be made to wait and wait or they will tell you outright they don't have the time to make your order. I have had that happen already so if I want Japanese food I'll get it when I'm going out if town. These two places do not deserve my hard earned money.
