I’ve been here a few times and the experience is generally the same; unpleasant. Today took the cake. My mere presence in the store seemed to irritate the two young women behind the counter. The fact that I had a question and needed extra assistance with my transaction appeared to be an enormous inconvenience. During the duration of our conversation I counted maybe 3 eye rolls, a couple shoulder shrugs, and limited eye contact at best. She was taller, Indian, and clearly had some connection with the owner otherwise how on earth could she continue to be employed. The attitude was pure disrespect and indifference. I couldn’t have felt less comfortable, nor would I ever care to patronize this business again.

I went into this location a couple of days ago and a woman named Hardeep provided me with excellent customer service. I made the mistake of not boxing some of my returns and she took the time to do it for me. She was so kind and patient!

I was struggling with finding a box to mail a cooler back to Amazon. My Grandson tried to make a box fit and the people at this UPS store were nothing short of awesome. No comments like ‘we can’t’ they just made it happen. I will never go anywhere else.
