No call back on service already! They'll tell you anything and everything to get you to join! Don't wave ur attorney rights with the finance company! This just begun and I'm just the client they need to address their terrible BUISNESS. Pick someone else for solar

We recently purchased and had installed a 20-panel solar system by Westhaven Power. Over the past 6 or 7 years, we’ve met and talked with multiple solar companies. However, we were never able to land on a deal that felt right to us. That is until we met a representative from Westhaven Power. We were offered an option to finance the purchase of our system at an extremely low interest rate which was the key to making this happen for us. Throughout our entire process with Westhaven Power we were very satisfied. Every person we came into contact with was professional and handled their job well. We were happy to have done business with Westhaven Power.

Quick friendly service to get their money. Install was dragged out for months. Garbage and sharp metal debris was left around after. Calls back for updates were hit and miss. If they didn't pay customers to refer them I don't think they'd get referrals

"fool me once" goes the saying, and now shame on me. I picked Westhaven because of reputation and at the time of the initial install they handled one of the best panels in the business. I don't usually pay top dollar and prefer to take on projects myself and have done a smaller DIY solar install with a minimum of professiobal help, mostly the electrical design. This was a modest sized agriculture ground mount and after shopping around I handed it to Westhaven although the quote was a substantial amount over the low-ballers. Numerous problems (large and small)on the first go but the main issue is it took 15 months from a signed contract to the first watt produced. I think we're now in the 6th month of a modest upgrade to my ground install and nowhere near breaking groud. I feel sorry for the nice lady that sends me a message every month that the project is still in planning but as soon as they get the go ahead they will get right on it. Be it the county red tape, PG&E footdragging, CoVid, or just somebody at Westhaven is sitting on the plans I don't think Westhaven has the staff to move things along. 6 months with nothing to show for my money and the salesman said this job should go really quickly because of the existing 2016 install, just an add on. I doubt it will be online before Merry Christmas.... again

Yes. They visit in the evening when people are home from work. And the salesperson would drive whatever their car is. So yeah, pretty normal. But if they're acting suspiciously otherwise, don't disregard it.
I am not a representative but rather a customer. You do not have to have Solar in order to add a Generator. In our case, we had them add a 22kW generator to our house & we already had solar. Remember, just because you have solar on a building that does not mean you will have power when there is an outage.
