I received a call from a " Joseph Minor " a possible Second Party Contractor. He first told me how many Windows he's installing, then he saids for 6 windows $8,000 " Who is this guys ?

I would not do business with this company. Its a sh#t show. We purchased windows 10 months ago everything was great. We came back in april to finish the house and a complete nightmare. The salesman was completely unprofessional. We complained and a manager took over. Things were going well. Until the install. They sent 1 guy out to do the job. I noticed the bedroom window wouldnt open, i brought it to the installers attention, he fixed it. When the job was done, i was on a conference call, so my wife finished with him. Shame on me for not doing a walk around with the installer. 3 of the 5 windows didnt even open and you could see they were crooked. The dryer vent was also improperly install, so we couldnt connect it to the window. 2 months later and multiple calls and a drive by to their sales office, we are still waiting a month to have a service guy come check out the windows. Run run run

I have not used them. Only visited them. not impressed.
