You need to arrive there by 8, they would issue a token number. Based on the token number then will send you text when your turn arrives & after getting the text, you can come back within reasonable time say 30 mins. You can also check their website, if a particular MVC center is in red colour, that mean they are full for the day & they can't accommodate more people for that particular day. If it's not red, you can still try your luck & may get attended.

You dont need to. Just drive up and get in line. The earlier the better
I think u go and they give u a ticket when u should come back but I dont think u can do it online
