This place is a joke. They sell you broken products, and refuse to sell you a replacement that was purchased less than a month ago. The person on the phone was so nasty and said it was user error even though the manufacturer said everything was done right after they sent an authorized repair agent out to verify. What a joke. I should have read the reviews before spending a dime with this place. Taking bets......out of business in less than a year if they keep this up. No way to run any business and surely no way to treat people. What an absolute joke of a business. Definitely recommend shopping elsewhere. I wouldn't go back if they were giving the whole store away. It's all probably defective !!!!

Absolutely worst experience in retail history. Sold faulty product, tried to up charge for parts that were needed but never informed us at time of purchase. Now ac unit is leaking and damaging new floors and they refuse to replace the unit that was professionally installed because they did not install the unit and want to charge 3x as much as any local place. What a rip off. Rude and sarcastic employees. Best Buy for the win. They were able to get me the number to the manufacturer customer service to get a new unit, and they recommended a place to install due to them not offering the service......all while never even selling me anything. Thats true customer service. Not like Eatontown Tv and dumpster fire.

BUYER BEWARE !!!!!! Do NOT purchase ANYTHING from this store !!!! The employees are rude and disrespectful, especially towards women. They do not return phone calls or call you back when they say they are going to. I had to call repeatedly to finally get someone on the phone. Their lack of customer service is horrendous. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Believe me you'll be happy you did. If I could rate Eatontown TV & Appliance ZERO stars I would !!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE !!!!! The lack of customer service, rudeness of employees, and disrespect to female customers is inexcusable. Not to mention the PRICE GOUGING on installation and repair services especially when the item purchased is BRAND NEW. When you are told that someone will call you back to schedule an appointment DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH. No one ever calls and you have to chase after them to get a response. If you need ANY type of TV or APPLIANCE my recommendation is to SHOP ELSEWHERE !!!!!!
