I have tried to get an appointment with practice several times and it's impossible.. They are on my insurance's list of in network so I have to use them. This is the new "I don't have to care" customer service. I guess they got a lot of PPE money or hit the lottery and are too busy having a good time. Insurance companies need to read reviews and drop them and add responsive doctors.

I feel Dr. Li is a caring, knowledgeable, dedicated Dr. I feel she had me schedule many tests before coming to a definite diagnosis. I would highly recommend her. Yes their appointments are farther in the future than I like but they did offer me a sooner appointment when they had a cancellation and even then Dr Li requested I be seen earlier.

Doctor Kramer was very highly recommended. I called to make an appointment and had to leave a message. The scheduler called me back a couple of days later and we scheduled an appointment for a month later. I received an email with the date of the appointment and paperwork to fill out. After completing the paperwork I realized that the date of the appointment was on a Sunday. I contacted the office left another message and received a return call advising that it was an error. Due to a family matter I had to cancel the appointment and reschedule. I called the number got transferred to the schedulers desk and the mailbox is full and I could not leave a message and the call disconnected. I called the front desk I gave them the message and before I could finish my discussion they hung up the phone. I wonder if Dr. Kramer knows how the office is run.
