This Facility new Management is horrible The mental health patients have issues and threat the environment of the elderly and If I want to take My Elderly out due to safety issues I am very afraid someone going to Hurt her on me Mental Health should stay exactly where the name Stand. You can’t keep risking our Families some are helpless think about it like if it was your Mom dad Grandma etc It is a shame it has come to this.

The facility is still gateway care center, they just changed the name and administrator and maybe a few signs. Over all the same dirty, broken down facility, which is ran by Victoria M. Oh look at that it also looks like she commented on how great the facility is because she is the administrator so of course she is going to say this. All the five star reviews are employees to keep the ratings up, but given a little time it will go right back to gateway 3.2 rating. If you care for your family, don’t don’t send them to hell.

I'm not sure about the rating but I work there for 13 years and it is an awesome caring facility. We don't have all the bells and whistles like some of the newer facilities we are more homie. I had my grandmother and my great-aunt there unfortunately several times for therapy. The therapy department is the best apartment in the building! The food is great and they're willing to work with any taste or diets. The AIDS are not just there for a paycheck they actually care which is the most important trait our facility has. Hope this helps you. 💟💜💙💚
