I’ve used caremount (formerly MKMG) for decades. My doctors at caremount are lovely, but the caremount group is absolutely horrible. You can’t even reach anyone through their call center, they don’t return your calls, never give test results, and can’t get an appointment for months. Don’t waste your time with this group, they’ll only give you a headache.

I usually do not write reviews however for this doctor, I must! I cannot begin to describe how unbelievably grateful we are to Dr. Daramola (ENT) over at the Yorktown location (route 6) at CareMount Medical. I was referred to Dr. Daramola after taking our daughter to see her pediatrician for unusual tonsils. Dr. Daramola has a wonderful bedside manner. He is extremely thorough. I originally brought her in for just her tonsils, but after explaining her history of sinus infections and sleeping issues, he explained she could also have an adenoid problem. He was correct. After checking her adenoids in the exam room, she was about 90% blocked! He really took the time in to listening to my concerns and the issues our daughter was having. The surgery was seamless. He was extremely efficient and took such wonderful care of our daughter. Our daughter is a huge Little Mermaid fanatic! She was a bit nervous leading up to the procedure. The only way we can ease her anxiety was to tell her that "Sebastian" was in her mouth and was playing music so loudly at night while she was sleeping. She got a kick out of this and told everyone she was "getting surgery to take Sebastian out!" The day of the surgery as I was walking in to the OR with my daughter, he played the song, Under the Sea which helped calm her nerves (as well as mine). It was something I will never forget. He really took the time to consider my daughter and do everything to make her feel less afraid! Her recovery went a well as expected, she did better than originally thought! By the 3rd night, no more mouth breathing or snoring, she was sleeping mouth closed, breathing through her nose! I cannot rave enough about how fantastic he was for our daughter. If you are looking for an ENT, please go see Dr. Daramola. You will be in the BEST hands and will not be disappointed!!

Since they changed to Caremount (from MKMG) the physicals are scheduled too many months in advance. Doctors are not available and time-crunched. Wait times are too long. Appointments are cancelled with no notification to the patient. Scheduling is sent to the nurse line, which never picks up. Emails are available to patients, but they don't respond. It's just become too much, so I'm moving my whole family to a new practice.
