Does the board walk have lights

No lights, closed at sunset, due to vandalism

There's some light from the road and train tracks. Not directly over the boardwalk. It's not too dark, though. Flashlight is not a bad idea, if you're concerned.

Not so much. Once the sun goes down it can get a little dark walking. I recommend bringing a flashlight
