I have been a customer for 10 years and never had Grand Sanitation be unresponsive to any of my calls. Since your service started on 7/1 just before the 4th of July holiday please give them one more call to see if they are looking into the vouchers and if you do not get an answer ask for a manager. Like most disposal services they have a small office staff. Hopefully your vouchers are just in an outbox getting ready to be mailed (especially if you auto pay or pay online) or en-route with your first bill. They may also need to be asked how the vouchers will be sent to you, (snail mail, regular mail or physically dropped off with your next pick up) to be reminded that you are a new customer. I have had excellent service from Grand Sanitation so I hope your current experience is resolved quickly. Good luck and I hope you get the response you need.
