Very disappointed. My bill was $55 in 2019, now $63 after being told they rarely raise their prices . They missed pickups 7 times in the last year?! And we never got notified about increase this month. "sent emails - but to wrong customers." Looking for new company!

This is the absolute worst garbage service in union/somerset county. I’ve paid for over 15 weeks of service and the garbage has been picked up once after having to call the office over 5 times. The desk clerk William has reassured us multiple times this problem will be resolved and another week has gone by, no resolution. I would never choose this service again and intend to cancel it immediately.

If I could leave a zero review I would. One of there workers scratched my car and when I reported it right away. No one reached out to me. I called back and they said without video evidence they will not do anything about. My advice do not use them. No supervisor would talk to me. Nothing.

Most days the trash is removed in a timely manner. On some Thursdays, the pick up is later than usual. However, lately some trash seems to be left in the street after the trash can is emptied.

Wow, I'd email owner, they are not good at bulk pickup not even with the containers. One email should resolve the issue.

I have been a customer for 10 years and never had Grand Sanitation be unresponsive to any of my calls. Since your service started on 7/1 just before the 4th of July holiday please give them one more call to see if they are looking into the vouchers and if you do not get an answer ask for a manager. Like most disposal services they have a small office staff. Hopefully your vouchers are just in an outbox getting ready to be mailed (especially if you auto pay or pay online) or en-route with your first bill. They may also need to be asked how the vouchers will be sent to you, (snail mail, regular mail or physically dropped off with your next pick up) to be reminded that you are a new customer. I have had excellent service from Grand Sanitation so I hope your current experience is resolved quickly. Good luck and I hope you get the response you need.

We do not offer once per week service, our pickup days are Monday and Thursday. The price is $29.95, we supply a large trash can on wheels and we offer the first month free. Thanks,

Sir, In the interest of safety, and due to the snow and terrible road conditions, we have had to suspend service for the remainder of the day. Unfortunately today our truck was stuck for hours on a hill waiting for the town plow and sander help it get safely down. For this reason we have had no choice but to suspend service until the roads become passable again. Thanks for your business!
