Horrible experience. I went to the dentist office for an emergency, and even though I'm glad they made space to see me, after waiting about 6 hours, the doctor misdiagnosed my issue... She gave me a shot and prescribed mouthwash for my pain and told me that I would get better, that I just had a gum injury. Sadly, after a rough night with agonizing pain I decided to go to a different dentist on Saturday. They were able to find my issue, a cracked tooth... It had to be extracted as an emergency which I got done the same day. The process of finding the issue and extracting the tooth took around 3 hours and I was back at home without pain. Even though with my private insurance, I feel I was treated as a second-class citizen. I never asked or complained about the price. I really didn't even care, I just wanted to be pain free but the doctor kept making comments about the prescription price and forced a coupon on me that I didn't even want. I said, "Look, I have good pharmacy insurance, I don't really need the coupon" but she insisted, not sure why. I really think the doctor may have thought she was doing me a favor when in reality, she messed me up physically and emotionally. Nobody has to be sent home with so much pain. I received the anesthetic shot on the upper left side of my mouth and the cracked tooth was at the lower left side, which she completely missed. Not even the shot helped with the pain...

i called whole days Tuesday and Wednesday. They never pick up the phone and you can not leave voice message due to answering machine is full. Where will go to complain the staff. Is this hospital run by any management or run by rude people.

People who are not well attended to is because they always come with a constipated face and demanding to be kind and not abusive learn to wait and be thankful ask for a favor say thank you they are not kings or gather to be a priority there they are very kind and help you a lot they are clean and attentive. What happens is that people want everything beautiful 😂😂 it had to be said and it was said Bye
