Why do you serve cold coffee? Why was your employee so nasty? Why are you still in business? How can you not have coffee made at 9:30 am? We were traveling thru and you have nothing to worry about....We won't be back.

Sounds like the McDonald's was having a hard time today! I have been through there about five times and never had any problem, employees were super polite and nice. Guess you caught them on a bad day, sorry.

You need to call coporate head of customer service

This McDonald's has great service about 75% of the time. That's probably average for the chain. You just got unlucky. It happens...
