Is everyone else having the problem of things left their order? And then not telling until after you paid and go to pick your food up that they can't fill your order?

Yes, and then my order is cold. My son worked there and he said that half the time they don't clean the fryers and most of the employees don't care about the customers only their pay checks. I quit going there a long time ago. Burger King is my choice for burgers.

This is the worst McDonald’s I ever visited. Management down to crew have nasty attitude’s. Part of my order was left out of my bad. I love 10 miles from McDonald’s. I called and manager on duty acted like I was after free food. Manager went and pulled up my order and saw where the item left out of bad was paid for. Prior to looking up order she told me she was bagging food all morning and did not see an order with any extra items. Once she found the receipt, she never offers an apology. Then said my name was in the book to receive item left out of order. I ask for her name and she hung up. This happened on 4/12/21 at about 7:50 am...

It hasn't happened to me yet, but I do check out my order before leaving.
