9/24/22 parts counter service was not good!! Sure hope Jason is still parts man here during the wk. Otherwise gonna find ford parts somewhere else!

I was told that my Ford Explorer would need a wind shield wiper pump & with parts & labor it would be 191 dollars before taxes I decided that I'd get it serviced while I was there. To my surprise [ praying on the way down there] I'm giving God the Glory] only a hose was loose and for every thing it was 54$ (they could have said they replaced the pump and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Thank God they were honest. Not many places are these days [ worth telling about] AMEN???

There is no diversity here ... they fire all the black employees and replace them with white employees. The old owner was racist & now the new one is worst . If you are a minority or just a person who loves everyone, do not go here . They do not care about anybody but their own race .

We had abgood experience this time around, Jonathan walk us thru the process and when we got there He had Mr Sammy to get the test drive, I love the Ford Edge with low mileage so they finished the paperwork and came out with my new SUV. I wanna thank Jonathan Privett and the sales person Sammy for get me in my new ride!!! We're loving it!!

The service department at William Mizell Ford is closed for the day, as its Saturday hours are 8:00am to 1:00pm, but if you have your vehicle towed there and leave your keys in the dropbox (and completely fill out the envelope that goes along with it) you can call Monday and they will get it sceduled, looked at, and repaired.

Don't go to them, they advertise cars they don't have trying to sell you others, go for one key, you'll only get a salesman, trying to sell you a car , been there done that.dont like them , they had an add in paper get a car for $165 a mo n th, I went there after calling first, they didn't have no cars for $165, false adertisement
