I called before showing up to the campsite the lady on the phone told me what lots were "available." After choosing a spot and setting up my entire campsite I went to work, upon arriving to work she calls me to inform me that the spot was already rented to someone else and that she had made a mistake. She then proceeded to tell me that I would have to move my camper to another site after already being set up and established. I probably wouldn't have been as mad if she had offered some sort of compensation for inconvenience or calling the people that she had rented the spot to and asking them if they could pick another spot(seeing as there were many other available) I work 7 days a week 12 hour days on nightshift I really do not have the time nor the patience to deal with that level of incompetence I would highly advise anyone seeking a campsite to look elsewhere.(to answer the below reply there was no mention of her not know what sites were available until she called me at work I told her I may move in that day or tomorrow depending on the time I had available, I'm not the type of individual to move an ENTIRE camp setup if there was any sort of uncertainty or indication of uncertainty if a spot was available, I'm not going to do a back and forth I'm just giving an honest review of my experience and their incompetence)

Actually there are 2 bedroom trailers. I believe the new rate for both 1 and 2 bedroom trailers is $775.00. That includes power and water. There is an option to rent a satellite box from the owners. WiFi is available but very weak and slow.
We have camper spots right now no cottages open at this time.

The monthly rate is 425 that includes power water trash and sewer. I have one spot that is available at the moment. Yes we do allow pets as long as her on a leash.

It looks like there are trailers available but I'm not sure about weekly rentals.
