I got mine in the store. You enter where everyone leaves just tell them you are getting a membership if they ask and go to the returns/help desk.
Go in exit door, fill out application, pay $60, have picture taken, receive card, then go spend lots of money. 😁
It's $60 a year and first time you go in store to set up then you can renew online or through the mail after that!

Yes that's how it was for me. Just went in the way everyone goes out and go to customer service.I can't remember the price. I think it's $60 at the least. There are different types of membership.
