You can get proof of address from the school as well as if They are on your health insurance the letter stating your coverage will also work. Good luck
We just went last week and we had to have the ss card. If you dont have it, just go to the ss office here in Anderson. You will have to wait for it to come in the mail (like 3 to 5 days) they also requires 2 proofs of address.
