Waited over an hour for someone to help me. There was only 2 workers in the store. One was working with the same customer when I walked out that he was working with when I got there. Don’t go here unless you want to spend all day there

I am a Specrum customer for nearly four months. Initially I realized I did not want spectrum TV services. I called several times and patiently waited and got moved from department to department. Eventually after a few days of calling, they said it was cancelled. I then decided to forget about it. I now recently went to look at my bill and noticed I was still being charged and have been charged for the past three months after being told it was canceled. Now they are saying they can not refund any of the previous months, even though it is documented in their notes that an order for cancelation was created. I am very disappointed in them.

My bill has went up from $50 to $75 in the past 5 years that's a %10 yearly increase just for internet. I called and wanted a ccx explanation they try and up sale to "bundle" I dont want your tv or phone service. Will be cancelling soon. you go to pay your bill you wait in line for 45 minutes the self pay machine is always down.

You can port your number over to them, I question what the advantage is to using their mobile service, I am already on Verizon and that is the network Spectrum uses. It's not cheaper than Verizon or better cellular coverage, so the question is whether Spectrum's wifi network is strong enough to carry the data traffic in enough places as to make it worth the trouble. Now IF Spectrum wants to buy out my contract and beat Verizon on price we might have a deal.

I do not use the phone services I'm sorry I would not know the answer to that question but do realize they will charge you $20 charge if you do not have an account with them extra for the phone
Spectrum is required to fix it back like it was before the mess up call and talk to managers about it immediately and take pictures
