HORRIBLE! Don't even want to give a 1-star review. Should be a -100 star review. They never showed up to my husband's apt, which was an urgent matter. He received 3 email reminders of his apt and then he goes and the door is locked, no one answers the phone or email, and no one shows up after he waits for 20 minutes. We are traveling out of the country TODAY and he needs a rapid covid test taken and they weren't there to do it. Oh and he already PAID FOR THE TEST. So this scam of a place took our money and didn't provide the service. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Im so angry and deserve an explanation and a refund ASAP

Just wanted to say thank you for such a friendly staff which made my son feel comfortable and not nervous when he had to be tested for Covid. There was a young lady that helped us and she was very nice and friendly to us . Thank you so much for being there at your job to test people and doing it happily it is greatly appreciated keep up the great work and customer service .

I have been to this lab in Anderson twice over the last couple of months with such a positive experience. I had a ‘unique’ situation and had been to two other labs In Anderson that were unable to help me. The office was extremely busy yet Stephanie took the time to help me and I greatly appreciated the help. My go to lab if I have to go to a lab!!!

Probably the nicest nurse I've ever had in my adult life. Had a rapid test and I didn't completely understand the different options. She did a great job explaining it to me.
