My husband and I bought our house (brand new construction) a little over two years ago, and in that time we’ve had to call Mr. Rooter out THREE times for the same leaking toilet. I have paid them almost $1000 at this point because they haven’t fixed the issue, but they charge me every time because conveniently it’s never “a problem with the service provided previously.” They didn’t even bother to re-secure the toilet to the floor after the most recent service call! They are a SCAM COMPANY.

I was 100% impressed with the services provided by Mr.Rooter Kamloops. When my main drain to sewer backed up I called two other companies and all I got was "we are book up". I then called and got a hold of Mr.Rooter Kamloops and I believe it was Paula who immediatly shuffled appointments to free up a tech to assist asap. I had Ryan on site within 30min of my phone call. He was very professional and also very personable, informed me of all his steps through the service and got my line repaired as efficently as possible. We even ran in to some technical issues with some equipment, yet Ryan didnt give up and completed an on site repair of his equipment to make sure he could complete the services required. It felt like a friend was coming over to help through the experience.
