I live in Oak Park, IL. I have CPTSD. The abuse began as a child than at 16, it carried on by mental healthcare providers. All areas of healthcare sparks my greatest triggers. Working with PTSD specialists has increased my struggles. Can you help?

Probably you have not been helped because you are a complex trauma victim, not PTSD, which differs. At the very least, listen to Diane Langberg lectures on complex trauma on You Tube. A kinder person I have not heard. She's wonderful. I am so sorry for all of your lifelong abuse.

I use my health insursnce for their services but I still have a copay. It'd be worth calling your insurance company to see if they are on the providers list
