We moved to South Carolina 1 year bought ten acres and proceeded to make our dream home a reality. We shopped all of the pre-fab homes and just couldn’t find the one. We were very discouragEd. Then we walked into America’s Home Place in Anderson, S.C. sat down with Brent who took a list of must haves and a floor plan drawn on a napkin and created the floor plan of our dream home right before our eyes. Eight months later we were moving into our new home. I give a big shout to Jeff and Lance our project managers who held our hands through out the task of building a new home enjoyable. And I must mention Rose who was always there to anwer any question or get the answer to a question whether it be house related or where to go for what. We love our new home and so will you.

AHP did a good job in building our house. The staffs at Anderson office are very helpful. The building contract/process is simple and clear. The quality of materials and workmanship is higher comparing with other houses we contracted to build in other state/city. Couldn't be happier! When we entered the office for the first time, we didn’t really know what we wanted vs what our budget was. They made us feel at home and helped us along the way. We had to redo our plans due to the home market going crazy, but they helped us pick a house plan that was almost identical to our other one. They really helped us design the exact floor plan we wanted within our budget. Once all the paperwork was signed and everything was under the building team’s control, they hit the ground running. We got weekly updates on our house, what to expect in the coming weeks, and the few hiccups we had were addressed quickly. The worksite was very clean, and once they were done, clean up was great. The entire process was so great and I would recommend them to everyone.

I just want to keep this review to the point with a few words, if you're looking to build your Next Home, call AHP. The process was Fantastic; people to work with are Great. My Home was Built on Time, under budget and ALL my friends were so impressed that I had to say a few words, to Y'all that want to build a Home.
