James was very helpful and solved my problem. Pleasant demeanor! I didn't have to wait long even though I didn't have an appointment! I tried calling and the woman I spoke with was so rude! Glad I went in person.

You have to go to the SS office and apply for it and you need a picture id to get one and it will take anywhere between 3days to 10days

No.. There is a touchscreen computer when you walk in. It asks your purpose for the visit and gives you a number. You wait to be called.
