Make sure you have insurance and paid taxes first before you go to the DMV take receipt with you also you can get all forms to fill out on their website makes things go alot smoother
Signed Title , drive license, paid taxes reciept, and proof of insurance... Make an appointment at DMV.
Title needs to be filled out and signed by you and seller, pay taxes at tax office fill out a transfer form at the dmv
