In general, no. Peacocks and other animals roam freely. And some people do not like, or are afraid of dogs. From the site information page: "Leashed dogs that are not service animals are only permitted in the visitor parking areas. Service animals are permitted throughout the property."

At the Inn at Middleton Place, yes. At the plantation itself, no unless it's a service animal.

Love the comments contradicting those of the owner. Dogs are not allowed on the plantation at all. There are horse-drawn carriages and free roaming animals. Leashed, trained service dogs are allowed but are encouraged to not enter the stableyards.
