Stayed Sept 2022, me and my wife, the location is great, room was updated looked ok. the issues we had are the following, room was hot, even with the AC on full, needs a ceiling fan, on day 3 of our night, our ac stopped working. no staff onsite at night at this location. did not get any sleep, told the front desk in the morning and all i got was sorry... 425$ for that one night. the building on the outside needs a lot of love. breakfast was only provided on Saturday morning. we did not stay on Sunday. it was only cold carbs. during the week lemon aid and water was provided. giving a poor rating because of the lack of service.

Location is good. Bed is good. Hot water in shower is hit or miss. No coffee on site till 7AM, you can go around the corner to the coffee shop in the Wyndham hotel that opens at 630AM.

Negative: The rooms are very small. No Complimentary breakfast and parking is a challenge.

That is true, are front desk staff is also are concierge. Our staff is very knowledgeable on current and past events in the Charleston area as well as where to dine and places to visit during your stay.
You can call and let them know when you are arriving. If they are able to allow early check-in they will. They are very accommodating
