Worse experience ever !!!!!! Don’t waste your time coming here. Customer service is horrible and very disrespectful! I have never done a bad review until now! I brought my mother in and the lady up front was on the phone talking to her husband and didn’t acknowledge us. Then asked in a rude way if "we needed something". After we told her what we were coming in for she told us we needed to sign in and never mentioned filling out any forms. She Told us to wait outside because they had to many people inside. Well to top off this lady wasn’t even wearing a mask yet on their business page it’s “required”. She Continued talking to her husband since he seem to be more important then their customers. I interrupted her by asking her if they would call us when they are ready for us and She nodded her head yes. we waited outside for two hours and my mother needed to use the restroom, so I went inside to ask how much longer is the wait but this time Some younger girl attended us stating she couldn't find us on the list therefore the other lady walked in and stated we were on the last page and weren't going to be seen until 3. Keep in mind we had been there since 8:30 am. My other sister brought my mother back at 3pm and was told they had four people ahead of her. So they waited for another hour and half, then was told her that we weren’t on the list and she needed to fill out some forms that should have been given to us in the beginning. We were never informed about those forms! If you're going to run a business learn how to be more organized and professional. The worst experience of my life! Don't waste your time coming here.
