Do you accept food donations ? I work at a fast food restaurant and we always have food being wasted and thrown away and we’re looking to donate it to people who need it. It’s all freshly cooked and prepped.

Hello, Abbie. Arrangements can be made for situations such as you describe by contacting the Atlanta Food Bank or Feeding America. We receive a large amount of our products through their programs and currently only accept donations of shelf and pantry type items, but we occasionally receive food from restaurants through them. The issue is food saftey. Prepared food has a short shelf life. All food donations half to come from approved sources. Your heart is in the right place, but logistics will prevent it from happening. Clothing can always be donated, but food should be canned or dry.

Idk but that would make alot more sense to give it to someone who hungry then throwing it in the trash God bless you
