Went here for self-service printing, everything was in working order but the printer's interface was annoyingly slow. Lots of employees standing around, mostly talking to each other but since I didn't need help, this wasn't a problem for me. Also, they have a self-service large format printer which I haven't seen at many FedEx centers.

Rick showed very poor customer service when I came there attempting, for the my first time, to ship a package overseas. He was not being very helpful with the paper work, walking off before the job is complete, later had to be ask if they had the forms, and slamming the pen on the counter after having to be asked to use one rather than being more intuitive. Then after being confronted, all he could do is shrug his shoulders and move on to another customer rather than rectify the situation. However, Cameron came to the rescue by being more knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. Thank you Cameron you did a very good job.

I am always very happy with the service that I receive at this location! The employees and specifically the manager are very professional, helpful, and respectful! I wouldn't go anywhere else for printing services after receiving the help and cooperation of this staff!

There’s a man name Kiubui so sorry if I spelled it wrong but omg he is so patient and helpful I wish every customer service associate was like him!!! Thank you sir for being so professional and courteous and patient with me even while being the only one working and having several people in the store. He acknowledged everyone and assisted accordingly. Wow love this guy.
